My husband’s daughter, Ashley, is getting married this May. She and her fiancé had the most beautiful engagement pictures taken that I have ever seen. There is a combination of elegant posed photographs, but my favorites are the candid ones where their love and excitement are truly captured.

Logan Morris Almond definitely has a gift. No need to explain how talented she is with a camera; the images speak for themselves. What you cannot see from looking at her pictures is how organically the pictures happened. Ashley said, “Logan guided the entire shoot to feel like ‘us.’ Not posed or staged, but sincere depictions of why he asked and why I said yes. It is obvious how much joy Logan gets from capturing pictures. She doesn’t see her job as simply setting up some lights and holding down the shutter button. Logan views it as a blessing that she gets to freeze memories in time with still photos.”

Her fiancé, Zack, said, “Logan had never been to the locations where we took pictures. Yet, she had her own vision for each scene and immediately knew what she wanted to do at each place.”
