Carvana changed the way I will shop for cars from now on. First of all, it works just like shopping on Amazon. You search for the make and model you want, or filter however you choose. You narrow down what you want and follow the prompts to buy it.

It Works

One of the things that made this do-able for us is that they have a 7-day money back guarantee. We have a mechanic that we trust and planned to have him inspect the car within that 7-day window. However, you can return the car for ANY reason within that time. Little did we know, but we actually would put this guarantee to the test. There were several things we did not really like about the car so we swapped it out through a simple call to customer service. They helped us go through the process to choose a different car and within a couple of days, we had the car we wanted in our driveway. You have the option to swap it out for any reason three times!

Yes, they deliver the car to your home. And if you decide to swap cars, they pick up the old one when they bring the new one to you.

Everyone we dealt with, from the customer service people handling our swap, to the delivery people who went over all of our paperwork with us, were extremely helpful and nice. They must have an incredible training program for their employees.
