Sprouts is new to our neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised not only at the prices, but also the quality of the food. Thanks to Sprouts, we treated our friends to an amazing Surf & Turf dinner!

Honestly, I had never heard of Sprouts before I saw it pop up in our neighborhood recently. It feels like a cross between Whole Foods and Trader Joes. I expected the prices to be on par with Whole Foods, but it was significantly less expensive. We enjoyed our shopping experience, but what I got most excited about were the avocados, the boneless ribeye and the lobster tails. The ribeye was so thick, we ended up butterflying it and the lobster tails were only $6 for 5 ounces! And it was all so flavorful, we treated our friends to an amazing surf and turf dinner! Oh, and the avocados only cost 48 cents – they were smaller than the other grocery stores, but for half the cost, they are not half the size.

Sprouts motto is “Healthy Living for Less.” Makes sense from our experience there. After reading more about them on their website, they offer a variety of fresh, healthy and organic foods at affordable prices. Their website and social media offer healthy recipes, how-to videos, wellness webinars, and other educational information.
