Caroline’s Shiny Penny this week is a health food store that has been around since I grew up in Atlanta, Nuts ‘N Berries. This is where I go for a couple of different supplements that I take.

The people who work there are very knowledgeable and if you ask them a question they don’t know the answer to, they will find out for you. They provide expert knowledge on holistic health and sell a wide variety of supplements, vitamins, personal care products, and more. They are a group of educated and caring individuals who want to update you with the latest healthcare information so that you can take control of your health. As they say, “In a world full of toxins and misinformation, they are here to provide clarity and a peace of mind for YOU!”

I recently read a study about a supplement that may help with vertigo, which is something I have endured for over 18 years now. When I told them what the study participants took, they had not heard of this particular extract being used for that purpose. So they helped me research it more and guided to me to the best product. They also wanted me to be sure to follow up with them to let them know if it helps.

They have had a little café attached for years that, honestly, was very average. A new Souper Jennys has taken over that space! Need I say more?

So, next time you need something you would normally get at Whole Foods, I highly recommend checking out Nuts ‘N Berries in Brookhaven, GA. I don’t know about you, but Whole Foods can be overwhelming!
