Caroline’s Shiny Penny this week is Zoës Kitchen for lunch catering. I have to schedule lunches to be catered for one of my clients on a pretty regular basis. Zoës Kitchen in Chastain Parkhas been great to work with.

I enjoy working with this particular restaurant because they are easy to schedule with, are always super nice, and, in the rare case that something is not quite right, they make good on it. When ordering, I focus on what is easy to eat without too much trouble. There are so many yummy choices, but we usually order roll ups – some spinach and some chicken, cole slaw and fruit. If you have not had Zoës’ cole slaw, you have got to try it – it is totally different from any cole slaw you have ever had. No mayonnaise, very light… plus it has feta cheese in it for that Greek twist.

One more thing. We ALWAYS order chocolate chip cookies! I have rarely encountered a chocolate chip cookie that is worth the calories. These are absolutely worth the calories! Delicious!

Next time you order a lunch to be catered for your office or a client’s, look into Zoës Kitchen. I use the Chastain Park location for almost all of our lunches because I really like the catering manager there but I’m sure they are all good. If you use them, be sure to tell them Caroline recommended them!
